Selected pieces
Objects with a point of view.
Each piece is made by hand in small batches. No two surfaces ever turn out quite alike.
A little about the practice
Clay keeps me curious.
I’m Mara, a ceramic artist working in a small sunlit studio near the coast. I make useful things and not-so-useful things, all with the same attention to touch, balance, and the marks left by the making.
My work is shaped slowly by hand, fired in small batches, and finished with glazes mixed from earthy, quiet colors. The little differences are part of the story.
Thanks for stopping by.
